The staff here was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us. Plus, it was only a 17-minute drive to the airport.

Closeness to a number of Albany's tourist sites and having an excellent walking track nearby.

It was cheap for a night stop over traveling down south in Western Australia.

Inflexible management. Charged us for additional pax when it was a 6 month old baby. 1 bathroom in a 3 bedroom apartment is not enough. Location from town centre is about 5 mins drive. Very run down and in desperate need for a refurbishment

The hotel is located in a very quiet residential area close to Middleton Beach and good restaurants, trendy local cafes/bars, and local attractions. Pleasant staff throughout. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Great location with parking on-site. Had a really great experience there.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a full kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The hotel is located in a very nice area, within walking distance of the beach, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing holiday.

We had a fantastic time during our city break. The accommodation was spacious and clean, and the kitchen facilities were top notch. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of complementary items that were offered at no extra cost. The location was perfect; quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the main attractions. We also appreciated having free parking right outside our unit.

While most of our stay was very enjoyable, there were a few things that could be improved. The shower was a bit overwhelming and the amount of water that came out was too much.

Is beyond my expectation for the money that I had paid. It was very comfortable. Close to the beach. Will definitely be back to the same place next time.

The kids bedroom was comfortable and plenty of storage space. Our bed was also comfortable and tidy. Kitchen and living room was cosy.

Well as it was winter, we attempted to use the woolen blankets. There were 2 blankets provided in each room. They were not clean. They had such a terrible smell and stench on them. Washing and dry cleaning would be nice and appreciated by the Park Avenue Holiday Units Management. The reverse cycle system was quite noisy at night, (sounded like a jet plane taking off).

My recent stay at a holiday unit near the beach was fantastic. The location was perfect, being only a short distance from the cruise ships and situated in a quiet street. There were plenty of amazing restaurants near the hotel, and the beach was just a stone's throw away. The spacious and comfortable room was well-maintained and came with a fully equipped kitchen, which was handy. The apartment had all of the amenities, including free Wi-Fi, which was an added advantage. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

The second bedroom had a bunk bed arrangement, which might not be ideal for some guests.

This hotel was perfect for my stay. The location was great, close to many attractions and the best beach. It was easy to walk around and find some great restaurants. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with clean and comfortable rooms, and access to laundry. The parking was very close to the front door, which made it easy to access.

Everything was fantastic.
